The assembly has an ON\/OFF valve and a cylinder pressure gauge.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAerox supplies the assembly as a spare cylinder: the regulator is removed from one cylinder and fitted to the spare by hand, without tools. For the A to M cylinder sizes, the 400 series uses the 400R1, 400R2, 400R4 and 400R6 regulators (P\/N 4110-077-01 to -04) for one, two, four or six users. The 400 series cylinders are DOT 3AL\/TC with unlimited service life and a hydrostatic test every five years; the high-pressure components are made of brass.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe cylinder is filled to 2,000 psi through the standard CGA 540 fitting with aviator's breathing oxygen to MIL-PRF-27210. Regulator, cannulas and masks are separate items. In flight the cylinder must be restrained in the aircraft.
