Two mounting holes, a connector hole and a hole for the adjustable capacitor are drilled from the supplied template, which marks the front of the aircraft. A cellular neoprene pad and mounting hardware are included; the 50 Ω coax (RG-58\/U or similar) and its BNC male connector are not. Installation on a certified aircraft needs an approved modification and a Certificate of Release to Service.
