The hub can also load software and databases into compatible Garmin units over USB; Garmin lists it as an accessory in the GI 275 STC installation data.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe unit mounts from behind the panel in a 25.4 mm (1 in) hole; optional adapter plates fit existing 2.25-inch and 3.125-inch instrument holes. P\/N 010-02201-00 is the unit without connector kit; the other P\/Ns include connector kit 011-05044-00. Installation in a certified aircraft needs separate approval and a Certificate of Release to Service.
