Garmin rates the GSU 25 for up to 300 KIAS and 30,000 ft; faster aircraft use the GSU 25D. The GSU 25C is fit, form and function identical and interchangeable with the GSU 25.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGarmin states that no TSO\/ETSO applies to the GSU 25 and that the G3X installation manual does not support its installation in type-certificated aircraft. Under the US rule 14 CFR 21.9(a)(2), Garmin also uses the GSU 25 in its AOA System with a GAP 26 probe and a GI 260 indicator; that US path is not an EASA approval. Unit P\/N 011-02929-00 is offered serviceable\/overhauled or as a repair of the customer's unit.
