JPI installation manual Report No. 908 lists it as the fuel pressure sensor for normally aspirated and turbo-normalized engines (fuel pressure sender kit 1450); turbocharged engines use the differential sensors 159939 or 159938.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe monitor supplies the sensor with 5 V. The sensor connects to J5 harness 790723 through a 3-pin connector: pin 1 ground, pin 2 signal, pin 3 +5 V. It is clamped to the engine mount structure or the firewall with MS21919 clamps and joined to the fuel pressure line by a flexible hose; it must not be mounted directly on the engine. Hose and fittings are not supplied.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA certified aircraft needs the installation done to the approved installation data and a Certificate of Release to Service.
