The existing wiring, switch and circuit breaker can typically be retained. AeroLEDs lists PMA and STC approvals by FAA, TCCA, EASA and ANAC; the model lists of the FAA STCs SA02386AK, SR02704SE and SR02727SE are not automatic EASA approval for a type. A certified aircraft needs an approved modification or approved data for the installation and a Certificate of Release to Service.
