The B2B Benefit Program gives organisations discounted prices on the shop. The tier follows your organisation's turnover with AIR TEAM over the last 12 months and is updated automatically every day.

Turnover means the invoices AIR TEAM has issued to your organisation in the last 12 months, minus credit notes, excluding VAT. Orders count once they are invoiced. When your turnover reaches a higher tier, you move up; when it falls below the threshold, the tier goes down.
Programme prices apply after you log in with an account linked to your company. Programme discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Shipping is charged separately.
Trial tier for new organisations
An aviation organisation that has not bought from us yet can ask for a First Officer or Captain trial tier for 6 months. Send the legal name of the organisation, the VAT ID and a description of the expected purchases to airteam@airteam.eu. Our sales team decides on the trial. After it ends, the tier follows your actual turnover.
Loyalty points from the previous shop
The shop does not run a points programme. Any one-off conversion of earlier balances is communicated individually by e-mail.
Programme terms
The programme is voluntary. AIR TEAM may change or end the tiers, prices and discounts at any time with effect for future orders. Membership creates no claim for future prices or discounts.
