Electronics International CGR-30 Combo is an engine monitoring package of two instruments, the CGR-30P engine monitor and the CGR-30C cluster gauge. Each mounts flush in a standard 3 1/8 in (80 mm) instrument hole and is approved as a primary replacement for the original engine instruments. P/N CGR-30-COMBO-4 is the package for a four-cylinder piston engine; each instrument runs on 7.5–30 V and weighs 0.5 kg.

The package replaces RPM, manifold pressure, fuel level (up to four tanks), EGT/CHT, oil pressure and temperature, volts, amps, OAT and fuel flow, and adds fuel used and remaining, engine time, timers and checklists. An engine data converter takes all sensor inputs, so only two wires run to the instruments. Flight data is recorded up to three times per second, with up to 1,500 flights downloadable over USB.

For EASA aircraft, the installation is approved by EASA STC 10065656 (CGR-30P) and 10065657 (CGR-30C) for the EASA-approved types on the FAA approved model lists, followed by a Certificate of Release to Service. EI builds each package to the aircraft POH/AFM, with probes and cables. Fit depends on the aircraft type, the engine model and the number of fuel tanks.
