BendixKing 065-05034-0008 is a logic adapter module for the KCP 220 flight computer of the KFC 275/325 flight control system. The KFC 275/325 installation manual lists this P/N for the LET L-410 with a KFC 275 system. The logic module carries the mode option straps and the rate monitor settings defined during the aircraft type certification; the values are potted and cannot be changed in the field. The basic KCP 220 065-00064-0001 has no logic module.
When a KCP 220 is replaced, its adapter modules are moved to the replacement flight computer, and a functional test per the aircraft maintenance manual follows. Autopilot components are replaced with the exact same part number. The manual also lists 065-05034-0011 for the L-410 with KFC 275; the aircraft type certificate or STC data define which applies. Fit depends on the P/N of the installed logic adapter and the KCP 220 part number.
