BendixKing 89000019-066 is the configuration module with connector for the KC 230 flight computer of the KFC 230 (AeroCruze 230) digital autopilot. The KC 230 is supplied for panel installation (89000019-011-0000) or remote mounting (89000019-011-0001); the KFC 230 replaces a KFC 150 or KFC 200 and reuses the servos, brackets and cabling already in the aircraft.
The flight computer and the KMC 231 mode controller are separate items. BendixKing holds an EASA STC for the AeroCruze 230 on listed KFC 150 aircraft types; the installation is an approved modification followed by a Certificate of Release to Service. Fit depends on the aircraft type and serial number and the installed autopilot model.
