Dynon 103066-024 is the 2 ft (24 in) version of the Dynon panel-mount USB port for SkyView displays. The port is installed in the instrument panel and brings one of the two USB ports on the rear of the SkyView display to the panel, so that software, databases and electronic charts are loaded from a USB flash drive without access to the back of the display. Dynon offers the port in 1 ft (103066-012), 2 ft (103066-024) and 3 ft (103066-036) lengths.
The rear USB ports also serve the SkyView Wi-Fi Adapter and the Video Input Adapter, which sets how many ports remain for panel connectors. Dynon sells the port as an accessory for experimental aircraft. Fit depends on the SkyView display model and the required length.
