RC Allen RCA2610-3 is a 3-inch digital attitude indicator made by Kelly Manufacturing Company. It has no mechanical gyroscope: internal accelerometers provide pitch and roll, shown on a blue and brown display over a full 360° in both axes with a settling error of 1° maximum. The instrument runs on 9 to 32 V DC and draws 0.20 A maximum at 14 V DC and 0.15 A at 28 V DC; a low-voltage notice appears below 11 V.

Both versions have pitch sync and adjustable brightness, and neither has a backup battery or NVIS filter. P/N 102-0403-11-01 adds a digital slip indicator and a rate-of-turn indicator and also holds TSO-C3e. P/N 102-0403-03-01 shows attitude only; a mechanical slip indicator, P/N 444-0010-01, can be added to satisfy FAA AC 91-75. Pitch sync aligns the symbolic airplane with the horizon line when cruise is flown in a nose-up or nose-down attitude.

The indicator mounts from the rear in a standard 3-inch panel cut-out; the MS3116E8-4S mating connector and panel screws are included. The panel tilt angle, 0° to 90°, is set at the factory and must be specified at order. Both P/Ns hold TSO-C4c and TSO-C113a. In an EASA aircraft, the installation follows approved data for the type and ends with a Certificate of Release to Service. Fit depends on the P/N, the panel tilt angle and the aircraft type.
