Mountain High 00GSE-1029-01 is a ground support transfill adapter that connects a portable oxygen cylinder with a CGA-540 valve to the AN-800 (MS22066, 3/8-24 UNF) fitting used at FBO oxygen transfill stations, so the cylinder can be refilled there. It is ground equipment for filling cylinders and is not installed in the aircraft.
The adapter is rated for 3000 psi operating pressure and −45 to +55 °C, weighs 5.6 oz (160 g) and is cleaned for oxygen service to Mountain High ESR-008D. It is made of C36000 brass and 303 stainless steel and consists of a CGA-540 nipple and nut, an MS22066 body, an AN cap with chain, a split ring, a retaining ring and an O-ring; the O-ring is available as P/N 09001-0011-90. Wrench sizes are 7/16 in and 1 1/8 in.
